Transition time come on!

While waiting for my visa...

It's the time to finishing transition to Ando, my successor in Indonesia! And at the same time starting transition virtually with PJ, my predecessor in the Czech Republic! :))

Just realized that no matter how much we do, the same lying if did not proceed. Regeneration is important! ;D

dreaming for 2015...

Dreaming... dreaming... dreaming...
Planning... planning... planning...
Action... action... action...

In the year 2010, is the time to start talking about long term plan for 2015! Back then in my school, I learned that government and company do long term planning.

But now in this international NGO, called AIESEC, we also experienced it in such this young age. Took place in a very nice mall in Jakarta :D it was very interesting to go through the process from reflecting my past experiences since I joined AIESEC at the first time, until imagining and predicting what gonna be happening in the future when we reach 2015!

At least I realized more on how much learning that I got from almost 5 years experiences here and very nice to see how much growth that this organization can do for the next 5 years in order to achieve the maximum impact for the society :))

Balance is just perfect!

I was so happy when few weeks ago finally hanged out again with my friends to refresh my mind and gathered with my family to recharge my energy.

It was on Friday night when my bestiest macchiato who are Gery, Boti, Nana, Army, Iis, Rehuel, except Chaca wanted to have dinner together after office hours. Just simply gathered at Roti Bakar Eddy, then we ate so many foods from sate padang, bakso, empek-empek, etc.! Soo yummyy those traditional foods from Indonesia! ;))

Then we continued to have coffee and play games at Sinou, a new place that I never been to. Surprisingly that cozy restaurant and cafe is owned by my cousin! OMG, what a small world! And I really like the cheese stuffed mushroom and green tea cappuccino :))

Then the next week, I had a family "arisan", sort of social gathering periodically where we collect money and take turns at winning it! So much fun to see new family member (the baby who just born :) and very good moments to gather with all busy family! And againn, it was held at Sinou, where we booked all the 2nd floor place!
